The F40 has to be one of the greatest Ferrari's ever made. That F430 CS is quick but the acceleration of the F40 as it beat the F430 CS proves how quick the F40 really is.

I bet Ferrari F50 can beat Bugatti Veriyon in Acceralation since F50 has an F1 Engine in it.... but in Top Speed obviously Bugatti would win, Bugatti is even beaten by the Mclaren F1 in Acceleration....

360 CS is actually faster than F40 around the Fiorano Circuit. That seems strange to me.

Its not too strange if u think about it, modern technology means that the 360's ceramic brakes, engine management system and LSD will be much more efficient and better at taking corners than the f-40. Either that or ferrari say that its quicker just for publicity for the CS :P

the F1 and F40 were the best supercars of that time, the F1s my dream car, but just cos its faster doesnt mean its better. The gearbox in the F1 was clunky and some complained the steerin was too heavy, many ppl consider the F40 better to drive, it was flawless unlike the F1. I'd take the F1 tho dont get me wrong its a sick car m8

Try the 288 GTO, 355, 512BB, Dino, the 250 series, etc.......get my drift. Those are beautiful cars. The 355 being the best looking Ferrari of recent years. The new ones are designed around the wind tunnel for aerodynamics nowadays

remember the fact that the F40 was designed to be a hardcore track day car and it even has a higher power to weight ratio than the later F50....and the Ferrari 360 has more technology and so its heavier than the F40....but i gotta say...i would take the 360 cus it looks sooo damn beautiful
