  • When I was a kid I owned two iguanas. I remember the day when one got free of the leash. Oh man, chasing that bastard down was definitely one of the more physically exhausting things I had to ever do LOL.

  • and mute

  • lol at the end "noooooo (nom nom no--) "

  • god bless the iguana people

  • Feeling like a freak on a leash. You want to see the light?

Feeling like I have no release. So do I...

How many times have I felt diseased? You want to see the light?

Nothing in my life is free... is free.

  • oh man he looks and acts just like my female SHADY.... she even has the same leash but purple... its hard to find a good iguana harness/leash...am i rite???

  • @stevietire71 I bought mine from RexZilla, works great even on the young ones. was like $10

  • How old is it?

  • What kinda cat is that?

  • I LOVED THE SONG ... WHAT BAND IS IT??

  • @NiggaJustice seether - never leave

  • what kind of iguana is this??

  • @juggalobeast100 a normal morph green iguana :)

  • SO cute

  • That is the epitamy of getting laid...

  • Aww! How cute! :)

  • @PurpleIshmao u have money for a dog ? no a iguana u can find it any where even at pet shop and eat leaf is more economic

  • oh my! this iguana is so. OM NOM NOM!!! (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ

i can't wait till my iguana to be this fatty healthy handsome wargh!

  • aww. I feel bad now for eating them.

  • that's one wierd ass dog

  • woow. i cant wait to see mine that big, nice

    vid dude.

  • Stupid question but can lizard type reptiles show their owners any type of affection? x

  • @6Jillybeans Iguanas do not show any affection. My Iguana knows at what time I take him inside so at a certain time he will wait for me to take him from his out door enclosure to his indoor enclosure

  • @RidolfC i take it it may not show affection doesn't mean it does not feel affection, it simply doesn't have a way to express it.

  • @RidolfC That's not true....Maybe your iguana didn't show affection but, both of mine show lots of love and affection by licking my ears and nuzzling into me with there nose. Don't stereotype all lizards because of yours.

  • @WhiskersGIrl86 Then you should upload your video of your affectionate Iguanas. Iguanas are reptiles. Reptiles are not animals that show affection or even appreciation. They can become used to routine and they can reckognise their names and such..... but affection... no no no. sorry my girl, Iguanas are not affectionate. Please don't argue with me. Post a video to prove your point

  • @RidolfC Hey this is whiskers for some reason i can't write back on that account

  • Respond to this video... Reptiles are animals and all animals are capable of affection....If your Iguana is not affectionate it's most likely because you are not affectionate towards it.....but sure I'll take a video and show you. My iguana's are very affectionate.

  • @RidolfC I already have a few videos of proven affectionate iguana's but, i can't post a link so I don't know how to get them to you but, sure I'll take a vid of my own and message back when it's on my channel :)

  • @RidolfC If lizards showed affection they wouldn't be such elite life forms. Bow before our reptile overlords.

  • @RidolfC Just pure curiosity. Reptiles can "smell" pheromones, so can't they smell our pheromones? Can't they also feel comfort? I see that as a different kind of love.

  • @RidolfC i agre with Whiskersgirl86 i've been in the pet trade for almost 5 years and i've seen plenty of reptile affection going on. its not like with dogs or cats or other people they don't neccasarily cuddle but they will show affection by licking you or climbing you in the case of arborial reptilians. i think that there show of affection is not fleeing from you when you walk near them, there like ''oh hi its you, your a friend you won't hurt me'', its not a dog but its affection to me.

  • @Areyourealythatdumb That is not affection my friend, that is trust. Reptiles are not affectionate creatures.... and that is a fact.

  • @RidolfC well is it not a kind of affection that they are willing to trust somthing that could snap them in half?

  • @WhiskersGIrl86 they just want to eat you.

  • tried my iggy on a leashe - he deathrolled untill i had to take it off because it was tangling himself in it :D

  • what is title of this song ??

  • @losica seether -- never leave

  • @RidolfC is it afemale??

  • @megatron915 it's male

  • Does your iguana ever think the plants outside are food?

  • @celticsfanization all the time. I have to keep him away from the things he can't eat

  • @RidolfC

you want a big iguana , that is a typical small one .

  • kool thanks 4 tha video

  • I dig the video and the song as well.

  • Awww!! He's a cutie. Didn't know there were leashes made for reptitles. I now theres for dogs, cats, and birds, but not for reptitles

  • my savannah will eat ur iguana

  • @playgroundpervert If you say that, then obviously you aren't taking good care of your sav if all you care about is how 'badass' it is.

  • You can also get a leash at petco, they make great leashes

  • I like how it straps in on the side of the Iguana and not on top hence not crushing the spikes :)

  • Nice Job !! He likes the sun, Thanks

  • Do they handle well with going for walks? (Like around the block)

  • @goldAUsilverAG No, not really. They will walk a bit and stop and sit there for a very long time. They are not like a dog where you can actualy tug on the leash for them to walk. If your iguana wants to bask in the sun he will not budge

  • @RidolfC Sounds awesome :D

  • @RidolfC maybe coz it's a coldblooded animal... try leaving him on the sun for some time and then go for a walk

  • @mjolnirsthunder he spends the whole day in the sun.

  • mine hates his leash he about 5 and a half

  • mine will not go on a leash he hates it everytime her death rolls to try to get out haha

  • where do you get a leash

  • @LizardKing20213 Amazon.com

  • I hate it when they try to eat big rocks.I had to take mine to the vet because of that.

  • I hate it when they try to eat big rocks.I had to take mine to the vet because of that.

  • @mrsarmsteadc I have another video where i put the leash on him..... check it out

  • Nice vid! This make me excited cause I'm probably going to get an iguana in.... oh, I don't know..... a month? I'm not sure! LOL!

  • neaattt. i want an iguana now. =)

  • looks good thats how big my green iguana is shes about 4 years old now

  • @lboogie1338 here my ig was just over 4 years old

  • He's red No wonder he was waving his flap not bobbing it's head

  • hes jubi hes only like 3 feet

  • is this a red iguana?

  • @2Snakes1Tank this is a normal green iguana in mating season

  • are they good pets

  • Whats wrong with his spikes? They arent sticking up,

  • @TrueSurvivalist iguanas that are not exposed to direct sunlight for long periods tend to have their spikes curl over. this clip was taken during winter so the iguana spent more time in his indoor enclosure because it was too cold to put him outside.

Summer sunlight lets all those spikes stand up in all their glory

  • wow your iguana is cool and beutiful haha i love the iguanas

  • cool iguana, how old is he or she?

  • @Userguape at the time I recorded this clip he was 4 years and a couple of months

  • @RidolfC he looks healthy, too bad mine died years ago. thanks for replying, i really love lizards especially iguanas

  • is this a special iguana harness or just a normal rope ? cuz i was wonderin how to get one

  • @aboudqadi It is the Four Paws Safety Iguana Lead & Harness and I bought it from amazon

  • @RidolfC oh, thank u

  • @aboudqadi you buy it at petco for $5:00 it works great

  • @TheIguanaLizard oh, thanks

  • can you do this with a tegu?

  • @evand848 i'm sure you can

  • @RidolfC yeah i did it with my bearded dragon but i need a little bigger harness for my ridgetail monitor

  • Ciao you have a beautiful iguana! Can i ask you something... please tell me if there is any chance that you would send me a leash for iguana:) i am trying to buy it now for about 2 years and it is not possible here in Slovenia... I would like to go out with my iguana knowing that I do not need to worry that he will run away if something scares him... you would do me a huge favour so please let me know:) hope to hear from you soon;) byeee, Sandra

  • @Sandrca92 Hi there. These leashes are difficult to get here in South-Africa. I had mine imported. Try Amazon, they have them and they ship to anywhere in the world. It is worth the effort and the money. Your Iguana will love the freedom when you take it for a walk

  • lol freedom? she is on a leash...

  • @cheeserollinger12345 please don't be stupid..........

  • How old is he?

  • he will be 5 this year

  • and hes that big lol thats cool

  • lol he was like STOP TOUCHING ME

  • cool Rid make sure you post a summer video

  • Nice video and cool song. First time I've heard it and I like how its actually loud enough to hear on my laptop without hooking up speakers. Just wondering what happened to his spikes? They look nice and long, just laying flat. I wonder if that just happens when their in captivity? Ive got a large female and a juvenille red iggy. I cant wait til he gets big and I hope he has big red spikes (especially since his name is Spike lol) I just hope they dont lay flat. Anybody advice?

  • the song is by seether -- never leave. this was shot during winter. My Iguana does not get alot of natural sunlight during this time because it's way too cold. so i use uv globes. this leaves his spikes all bent over. but when spring starts and the temperature goes up, he spends the entire day outside in the sun, you should see his spikes then..... all glorious, standing up straight and just beautiful

  • noh, it has nothing to do with the fact of staying in captivity, i cant tell what happened for sure, maybe its just it rubs on the roof and they flaten out, or handling and flattening them, but it has no effect on the iguana, but it has nothing to do with the fact of it staying in captivity :)

  • music is a bit loud and sucks but very nice iguna... Mine seems to be not as thick as yours but he is longer... did he loose his tail as a baby?

  • the song is by seether, one of the best bands in the world....EVER!!!! he lost the tip of his tail as a hatchling

  • muito bonita esta iguana é macho ou femea???

  • I don't know what you are asking. Do you want to know if it is male or female???

It's a 4 year old male iguana named Lung

  • lol thts portuguess, and he said

" its a very pretty iguana, is it male or female"

  • thanks for the translation

  • np, portuguess isnt that different to spanish, so its pretty easy to understand for me xD

  • Very cute!!

    Very good environment!!

  • that looks like a red iguana

  • Green Iguanas change colour during mating season they become bright orange
