@TheRadicalLiberal To be fair if he had actually been travelling in mainland UK, that wouldn't have happened, as Indian's were actually very well respected back in mainland Britain, and could happily walk around London for instance. The case was slightly different within the colonies, and equality legislation was much harder to enforce.
