  • I like the interactive text script scrolling highlight that follows the cartoonish robot like speakers "Dylan Casey" and "Lynn Chan"

Why not give them names like "Dr. Benton C. Quest" or Roger T. "Race" Bannon (he prefers that you call him Race and NOT Roger) or just a simple generic Lynn taking the place of "Hadji"?

With the interactive text script you can just click the text and get a nifty DJ scratch effect.

  • I don't understand what so interesting about this

  • @jason4275 it means life doesn't stop and start with a refresh. Its the diference between a book (turning the page gets you 2 pages of new info) and changing a TV channel (potentially infinite new info). And, you cant subscribe the changes on a static webpage (or book or tv station if you want to get picky).

  • Is a representative of an ethnic minorities a MUST for each google vid? :(

  • Why does Google avoid Windows so much??

  • @stefanmetodijev It doesn't. Its products transcend any OS so they don't have to focus on any one OS.

  • RealTime Search - Real Time Results are really real time??

Google RealTime search still needs some improvement before it can serve actual real time results. Here are few screen-shots from recently introduced Google RealTime which shows there is still a scope of improvement here.

    Check - bit.ly/google-realtime-results

  • Is this Legal?

  • @MrOrestios Google and Microsoft both pay Twitter for access to their realtime data stream.

  • @zkam Yes, did they ask the users? I mean, was in a readme or smth

  • @MrOrestios The users consent to it by agreeing to the Terms of Use on Twitter. So no explicit permission is needed to do this.
