Hopefully it will be kind of like L4D where there's a limit for each group the number of people can be each thing with a first come first serve basis. I'm not sure but I thought I heard that the marines will be the largest group to make up for being the weakest species.

in a way they are the strongest, they have longranged weapons and if you work as a team you could probaly make it through anything that the aliens/predators throw at you but i have to say the predator is awesome.

There's a lot of conjecture on how Xeno's actually detect prey and their environment, I've seen mentions of pheromone tracking, hyper-sensitive hearing and infra-red senses along their heads, but, there's nothing set in stone and although the original design concept was created based on a painting by H.R. Geiger, I'm not sure there's any one person responsible for what is or isn't Canon... Still, that's what makes the Alien "Alien", right? =)

Looks like there will be situations where you'll actually HAVE to fight close-quarters in this game. If you use your plasma caster too close, you get blasted have to death by your own shots, which seemed lacking in the last game. Acid will probably do less damage...

Actually they don't, they have sockets but no actual eyes, the skull is a remnant of the genetic cross from whatever species the host was.

hope its alot like the game on the pc there were like 5 diff aliens you could pick and after a certain amount of kills without dieing u became queen, could be a facehugger also, the preds had certain classes with diff weapons, the marines also had diff classes it was so much fun... until i stopped playing and couldnt find the cd anymore

Yes i am the Alien prequel is being directed by Ridley Scott who directed the first Alien and Predator is going to be set after the first ignoreing predator 2 and the AvP movies. They have also just started a new Predator comic book series.

Yeah, the aliens are tough. Using the Predator's cannon makes you feel so badass though.

The humans - it depends. If they are in a group it's tough since you will die pretty fast facing their guns. You just have to isolate them.
