  • A little more articulation would've helped a LOT. But being that you are so young it is very nice.

  • The turns seem to bugger up the tempo a bit, but that was the same case when I played it :/ esp. the four note ones. Your cadenza was right on!

  • very good. you Rock

  • great job- keep playing for enjoyment without the fussy critics bothering you.

  • She needs to lift after each bar line in the score. It would make it more stylistically correct, and even out the tempo a LOT. That's the trick to this piece, keeping the tempo nice and even. Also, Baroque music written for harpsichord is NEVER legato, since that didn't exist as a musical term for keyboard instruments until the piano was invented. Lift and articulate better. This piece should have a stately feel, not a slurred one.

  • Good job, little Lady!!

  • # 11 it's fairly easy I play at Allegro to make it more interesting but in the Wilheilm Friedman Bach journal this is the tempo a bit sloppy at times but good none-the-less =)

  • Which Bach Prelude in D Minor is this?

  • AWSOME!

how old are you when you play this piece?

  • got this for my examp in high school, damn,a can't play it in this tempo, and that last part in 16s,i can;t belive what a technick at such a young age 8)

  • Actually, this piece needs more imagination. You may disagree with me since most teachers say Bach is suddel but baroque specialists say that Bach is supposed to be imaginative. However, what really matters is your own interpretation.

  • Richmond Hill Music Festival in Virginia?

  • I'm a jazz pianist and I picked up this tune a week or two ago. Listening to this version has given me some ideas on how to treat the phrasing and the trills. Constructive thoughts: Personally I like the tempo a little slower than this, and I don't know how appropriate rubato is in Bach but pushing and pulling the beat in those sections where you're arpeggiating a triad in your right hand and playing octaves in the bass might add more excitement. Great job!

  • tenia que ser oriental...felicidades, Bach estara atisfecho.

  • So Nice! It's helping me so much in learning this piece!

  • wow, she is good at that song. im playing that song right now and i play it half the speed of that.
