all fish is contaminated with MERCURY and PCB ...want to be healthy grow your own food and dont eat process foods or fish ,, my great grandmother died when she was 105 and she didnot take fish oil and no vitamin pills !! people are lazy to cook so they eat frozen food and fast food garbage ! and sit on the computure and on the cell phone getting emf radiation !...ps. get Rid of your Microwave Oven ,
