The game is also harder on the iOS version due to the shity controls. Fought the Spider Mastermind in Dis with 46 health and theirs no way to replenish but still did it with 4 health left. Get to Ep.4 M1-2 WTF!!!
I still remember the first time i played this level (on UV). Didnt know about the secret rocket launcher and then came the baron. All ammo wasted on him, had to run. Couldnt evade him, ledge too thin. Jumped into the sludge, hid in the central building. Attacked by imp, escaped out the window over the gap. Ran to start area, dodging shots by baron, fell down, frantically searched for elevator out there, found the rocket launcher! REVENGE! Completed the level without dying once. CRAPPED MY PANTS
This level and the next one are nearly impossible to beat on UV. I did it on PC, but I died way too many times on each, save/load with multiple save-slots was abused to hell and back.
E4M1 wouldn't be that hard, but they don't give you good ways to restore health. 9 health bonuses and that's fucking it. E4M2... it's just a nightmare. What a clusterfuck of enemies.
@vanishy0urself Ehhh not to hard if your careful this level is a breeze on UV nightmare hell no still dont wana go back to it. Cant find a tactic that even works the red ked wall tactic doesnt work on the xbl version.
@ManowarHeigou if you're even TRYING nightmare, it means your skill is so far above-average that UV as a whole is going to be a bteeze to you. I'm talking about an average player like myself.
@vanishy0urself I am on DOOM 1 on xbl im in the top 100 im working on 100% thy flesh consumed on UV first though a few levels i have to. Before i attempt it. I started it on DOOM 2 also im a great UV player its fun but i wana see my max ability.
The music sounds like all that is good and pure is already corrupted, dead and dying around you and you're just fighting a losing battle before your own bloody death with no-one to remember your name :)
Behind the rocket launcher, click the left wall to reveal another secret. I think it's some rockets, then a teleporter, then a medkit and shotgun ammo. Really useful.
When i played this game i was thinking i was in hell, this game is like a simulation of the hell or something to bad they dont make games like they use to... they should reevent this tipe of games
Yeah, the music for Ep. 4 was outstanding-- among Doom/Doom2 eps, probably only a few levels in the later part of Doom 2 (e.g. level 27/28), TeamTNT Eternal, and of course the kick-ass alien vendetta had better music. That, and the maps totally make the ambience.

I hate Perfect Hatred because I was a 46 health and you get ambushed not one second in. And I had no ammunition except for my pistol.
