This is a tragedy. Newpaper articles in the US stated that the driver was going 100mph and blamed Enaitz because he didn't have on a helmet. I'm sorry but a helmet would not have changed anything when he was traveling at such ridiculously high speeds. The father, Antonio Iriondo, is my cousin.

Heard about this accident and on-going nonsence in Toronto ON Canada....People here are outraged, the driver should had been in jail. The driver's interview is a disgrace. Our sympathies to the young men's family.

Thanks! Her in Spain everybody is upset with the case, actually too many cases have happenned for a long time here because Spanish laws are too flexible with drivers.
