I definitely wouldn't consider "Scars on Broadway" to be an evolution of SOAD, but I'm amazingly impressed by his tact and obvious concern/care for the fans of SOAD. I'm sure it would be annoying to have people asking about an older project when you're putting so much effort into something new, but he gave his opinion on the subject very thoughtfully and respectfully. Major props to John Dolmayan! :)
