Rupert is just having a hard time saying he enjoys the time the three of them, especially him and Emma, had together. I think he wants to say something to her but like some guys are these days, its hard to say such a thing to a girl. They got to get past that, if it appears to be a speed bump, and just say what they think of each other. The sooner the better. :P
The way they look at each other, the way they talk about and to each other...they are just so obvious!! sometimes, when they talk about the kiss, rupert avpids eye contact with the interviewer and Emma touches her face...two signs that someone's lying! And When Rupert said "Yeah, me and Emma used to do things all time!" he looks so sad:( and his question...well, Emma, if that was the diplomatic answer, what's the undiplomatic answer`;)
They haven`t a relationship so far, but if they don`t know that they love each other beyond this brother-sister-thing, the rest of the universe does. ;-)
Who do interviewers keep on telling lies in order to try and get juicy information? That's so unethical! They lied to Emma so she was kind of forced to rate the kiss! wtf?! that's cheating!

@Olette97 She does ;-) Look at 0:20 - 0:29 after his question she answered with this strange "of course" and then the smile. It's so telling. But why this "of course"? That doesn't seem to fit with the question. Maybe she wanted to say: "Of course you" xD
I am pretty sure there is something between them since this year, you can just check the interview in previous years and compare them with the recent interview, you can find something is different, something is changed.
@Schaffmaster83 Hey I did watch it and it was really cute how Oliver and James tease Rupert about the kiss, but i couldn't really figure out exactly what they said to him. In fact most of what Rupert said was unclear too...except for the fact that it was the most difficult scene for him and that he had to get deeper and deeper into Ron's character.

In that GMTV interview they did together, he looked really disappointed when Emma said it was "horrible" that they had to do it, even though she explained it was because they've known each other for so long. Seriously, in that scene he was just like "Mhm," but you could see that he was disappointed by her answer. Basically, I think he's only saying "it was horrible" or "we weren't...

Because you can see whenever the interviewer tells him Emma complimented him or the kiss, he usually says "Well, yeah, it wasn't horrible," or "it was really good, yeah". And it looks as though that's what he wanted to say in the first place, but just didn't, because Emma was saying it was horrible. So when interviewers tell him Emma complimented him, I think it gives him the confidence to compliment her back. And also...
@Schaffmaster83 ...whenever someone asked him about crushes on set or when they're wondering if he ever had a crush on Emma, he always tries to avoid it by saying stuff like "she has a boyfriend" (back when she did have one) or "I think Dan had a crush on her", he never really directly says "no, I never had a crush on her". That's why I'm kinda convinced he likes her, but is just to shy to admit it, because maybe he's afraid of rejection (aren't we all, anyway? )
