  • Resihi gets you "crazy high"? I've been taking the New Chapter brand in large doses for about two weeks now. I feel great from it all day. But I don't sense a "crazy high." Or is this describing some other feeling? Of course, the new Chapter brand isn't really made from the fruiting body, and lacks that special "shen" aspect. Either way, I don't see myself stopping with the Reishi. It's wonderful.

  • Hey Keith, I thank you for mentioning me and my book. Im happy to continue to assist you in your education and progress as a self-empowered herbalist/raw fooder. I would like to reiterate that I am Ron Teeguarden's true apprentice of 8 years, and the current holder of the true essence of the Gate of Life lineage. Truth apprenticed under me at Dragon herbs for 1 year, and so I appreciate it when I get some mention of appreciation for my work. Thank you.

  • really admire your courage , do you ever grow your own wheat grass and oregano?

  • Anything is possible! LONGEVITYNOW! I bought it based on your recommendation. life-changing, forever.

  • Do you use any caffeine? Cacao or green tea in anything? I quit coffee again 5 days ago.....(I've been trying to kick it for good forever, but now I am really at the point where I know it is detrimental to my teeth and skin) and am taking green tea extract to keep away the caffeine withdrawal, and feel really good.....cacao made me really wired, so I stay away from it. Just wondering if you are off all caffeine, cuz I noted you were a coffee drinker too in your past videos.

  • yeah i like my gynostemma yum =D

  • Keyth,

Would you please comment on how the herbs shipped in from China can be clean with all of the pollution over there.

    Thank you.

  • @neroli528

that is a fairly straight forward answer in two aspects:

Changbai mountain, is a world preserve,,,

herbs up in the highlands have less pollutants---

if your getting your herbs from Dragon Herbs, Jing Herbs, or other smaller independents like Hyperion, your getting the best you can...

on Bulk herbs: Shaman Shack is high quality, and Spring Wind (practitioner only) has lots of Organic

    secondly, benefits outweigh negatives -

    see next entry for continue

  • @neroli528 part two: this strategy im proposing next is something that I personally think people should start thinking about even if they are not taking Chinese Herbs.. the world, for us, in OUR lifetimes is likely going to be worse before better: we need to detoxify our bodies with Theapeutic doses of coconut butter, cilantro, chorella, seaweed, chlorophyll, all these things remove metals and other nasties the coconut butter binds with everything crap to exit the body
  • You call that poor? Ha!

    Great video.

  • @neroli528

well most people probably eat first and then the left overs of the budget go to these things:

    I do this stuff first,

Ive gone months on home sprouts, and foraged weeds and grass

    and on that note also---

if I became incrdibly challenged Id still buy this basic shit first and couch surf,

and basically personal chef for people while homeless,

    (which Ive done before)

  • what is Truth's protocol? Out of all the people he and Ron Teeguraden interest me the most. What does Ron Teeguarden eat and do, and what does Truth do? I know he changes everyday but what are his top recommendations.

  • Great videos. I like when you share your protocols.

  • What is the taurine's function? I read that some European countries banned Red Bull because of the taurine, so you just got me curious. Great video btw :) I think the lobsty pot won't kill you the way you eat and all the things you are doing!

  • @ravendream33

    limited space here to describe,

    I just checked WIKI:

    google "Taurine WIKi"....

Iam following Truths advice in relation to my adventures into Taurine.

and Iam secondly also listening to a guy at my local health food store who is works there and also is studying sports nutrition.

Amino Acids is a very complex subject that are personally would not venture into without guidance.

according to my buddy in sports nutrition: there are only like 2 people in the world that totally get it

  • @liverawkstar I will do more research for sure on that one. Probably taurine is banned for lack of "official" testing.

  • @ravendream33

I would *guess* that the ban is because of a bad combo with other ingredients...

    like caffine...

Eurpope is pretty tough on a lot of heLTH THINGS...

I have had a lot of friends tell me " I cant get that here"!!!

  • Great video man! Looking forward to the upcoming supplementarian vid! I consider myself one and I love the idea and find it crucial in today's world.

  • Hey keith, i forgot to mention, you talk about 5-HTP and other amino acids in this vid and that truth culkins recommends them but i was sure he spoke of his dislike for such things in an old vid of his, so i checked back and well you can see for yourself, just thought it might interest you (maybe he's change his mind), truths vid is ''Instant Stress Relief - by Truth Calkins'' on youtube.

  • @DEBBIEGIBSON22 why you are a 100% right about that.... but it is old news now evolution trying and moving or maybe going back.... everyday is a different day with Truth, what is new today ? health and and life and wellness is always moving... the evidence is in how we look and feel... Truth just turned 41 in the early part of this season... he is definitely way different with his proocol today than those old vids from 2006 compare for yourself
  • hey keith, you said a few blogs back that you were gonna take on the 'fruitarian' issue, since you have been a fruitarian in the past you obviously have good insight, id love to hear a few vids on that. cheers

  • @DEBBIEGIBSON22

    coming

  • this is what DW had to say about Saladmaster (Cookware)

Regarding The 316 TI surgical stainless steel used by Saladmaster in their products is the safest metal available and never outgases toxicity. In all areas, including customer service, Saladmaster leads the field."

Great to see you back so soon

  • Hey Keyth,

Great to see you in the kitchen again! This is a great video.

    Take care brother

    Mike Lund

  • Gynostemma is a staple for me. Not only does gynostemma have more saponins than ginseng, but it is also a 3 treasure tonic. One formua I have really been seeing good results with lately is (handfull of each herb): Reishi, spirit poria, asparagus, astragalus, white atractylodes, codonopsis, goji, schizandra, and gynostemma. I boil all herbs for one hour except for the goji, asparagus, schizandra, and gynostemma, which I only heat for about 30 minutes. I sometimes throw in a ginseng extract too.

  • @JackNeedles

That is a very well rounded tonic,

only thing Id add would be two things:

Rehmannia because it's powerfull yin jing and dirt cheap,

and probably most importantly since your doing a "kind-of-formula" is add a pinch of Licorice because it harmonizes the synergistic potential with in a formula.

This "Harmonizing feature is well documented by Ron Teeguarden,

and perhaps most importantly emphasized by Rehmannia Dean Thomas in his work as well as his recent book "Healing Thresholds"!

  • @liverawkstar

about the licorice, does it taste like the licorice lolly?

It sounds like a yummy addition to a smoothie

  • @jambinz ay that Ive ever had a licorice lolli,

but it does taste like licorice,

and generally in licorice it is usually in every chinese formula because it is harnonizing component for the synergy to work with combinations,,,

there is one other: the jujube date

it is very interesting because chinese herbs will start doing very different things when they are with other things as opposed to what they do alone.

read Ancient Wisdom of the Chinese Tonic Herbs.

by the way I put herbs in food

  • You know, I actually do use licorice in that formula as a good harmonizing herb. I forgot to add that in there, lol. I have thought about using the rehmannia in that formula too, but I have been using it in a raw cacao/maca elixir/shake formula for dinner with extracts of reish, ho shou wu, eleuthro, eucommia, cordyceps, chaga, holy basil and shilajit. I probably will switch it up and add it in to the first one though, since the rehmannia goes better in hot brews than shakes for me. Great book!

  • Glad to hear Jay's sticking around!

I gotta getr on the gynostemma :)

  • @SecretsOfLongevity

    hey bro

we need to have party's like that---

    where we all come

    not just Cali peeps

  • @liverawkstar That sounds awesome, and it will come in time I'm maybe sooner than we think!
