  • I can feel more grunge, I can feel myself like a 90s teen ! OMFG this band is awesome !

  • Loving the three-stringed guitar guys!

  • 'grunge is a heavy word'

    ;)

  • @theXoriginalXnac I'm planning to mix grunge and metal kinda like AIC in a way but not commercial friendly

  • B-b-b-bird, bird, bird, b-bird's the word. A-well-a bird, bird, bird, the bird is the word. A-well-a bird, bird, bird, well the bird is the word

  • It's almost impossible to reference grunge without mentioning Nirvana and I really don't want to be "that guy" But I'm going to anyway. I feel this song is heavily influenced by Nirvana. The Riffs, the soft verse, loud chorus form that was so evident in countless nirvana songs. The scream vocals near the end of the songs. I also feel like this is Violent Sohos tribute to Nirvana in a way. The Bleach-esque of the video (I.e negative), the destruction of equipment etc. That's just my opinion.

  • this is fuckin awesome!

  • so glad i found these dudes tonight. keep grunge alive

  • vengan a venezuela alguna vez en su vida guys

    great music brooo

  • Best thing ever to watch when your stoned.. music and video!

  • Keep watchin these vids! Help vilonent soho!

  • やっぱいいね!

    新曲かDVDはよでねーかな。

  • these guys kick nirvanas ass. Fuck them Soho's the future of fucking music. Nirvana couldn't even compete with these dudes so shut the fuck up about Nirvana :)

  • @wassyjones EAT CUM BALLS OUT OF CAT ANUS!

  • If these guys come to your town, SEE THEM. Seriously. I saw them three times when they were in the States, it's pretty much the most energetic, raw show I've ever seen. And I've seen a TON of kick ass punk bands.

If you like grunge...shoot, I won't even draw that cliche' comparison. These guys are a raw sound all their own in a time when over produced poppy garbage reigns supreme.

Just...see them is my point. You won't be disappointed. It's basically this video, but live.

  • This band is so much like nirvana. Best grunge band from the 21st century so far. Bring Back Grunge!!

  • they remind me of green river!

  • @Listentoyouracdc Green River Is Heavier And Dirtier.

  • @Listentoyouracdc Yay for someone who actually knows something about Grunge!

  • wow not bad....these guys might actually make it big...but of course im gonna have to check out more of their tracks...

  • Anyone else feel a Nirvana vibe from these guys?

  • @CircusCalamity yeah but they have their own vibe definetly. I wouldn't even listen to them any other way

  • I can definitely sense some punk influences with this band, but I'm not sure if I like them or not

  • Love this song

  • these guys are going to bring grunge back

  • This video is a real mindfuck

  • GRUNGE IS COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!! And I'm gonna help these guys in the near future!

  • @fubarthekow I agree with you! the whole "Playing in a band" music is on it's way up!

  • @fubarthekow you and me both ;D

Grunge has to be reborn but for that everyone needs to help out!

  • @fubarthekow Grunge never died. Check out my facebook page "Spread the word of good newer grunge bands".

  • watch 1:48 - 1:58 in the dark wth fullscreen

  • this band was freaking amazing live =]

  • omfg okay this band is amazing shit words cant descibe

  • my cousin met this band and the guitarist asked him for weed.

  • @frollun2 Can I have ur cousin's phone? I could really use some weed right now lol

  • @frollun2 Hook 'em up if you can!

  • @frollun2 i would too xD

  • Where's the hair combed to the side and the sick I'm so bored and winy voice? Is music stabalizing again? I sure hope so, the last 10 years sucked.

  • i like them but they kinda remind me too much of my favourite band with this guy called kurt remember him?

  • @BbaLkAn88 haha so true same here but its grunge they cant be really different..

  • @BbaLkAn88 nirvana :D

    my fave band too :)

  • Grunge is long dead, fuck off with the grunge is back bullshit

  • @WarGoatForestWolf666 Perhaps, but plaid still looks DAMN good.

  • @CCCP3 Plaid is forever.

  • @WarGoatForestWolf666 They're still really good for what new music has become. Actually in school i mentioned grunge no one knew what it was..

  • @CCCP3 of course Violent Soho is a great band I just wish dumb kids would quit calling them grunge.

  • @WarGoatForestWolf666

Yeah but they are kind of. :/ they dress like it

I spose they're kind of both grunge and Alternative :)

  • @SoundAsleeep I thought grunge was a sub genre of alternitive

  • amoungst all the bullshit of justin bieber, all time low and the mainstream faggotry they try and spoon feed the MTV zombies, you get bands that stick a big middle finger up to all of it.

    all i'm saying is

    MOTHERFUCKING GRUNGE REVIVAL !!

  • gives me hope for music

  • Comment removed

  • Violent Soho, pleeeease bring grunge back. Thank you <3

  • awesome song

  • YES !!!! Grunge is back these guys are class ... are with a major label yet does anyone know ?

  • is that the track list in the background?

  • ahh... I can breathe again...

  • Well that got me fired up! I've been starving for music like this for a LONG time...

    Awesome!

  • By the second album these guys will be big. guarntee it.

  • Uch you guys grunge will not suddenly revive revive.

  • GO GRUNGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • they sound way more like Local H than Nirvana

  • I heart this band <3

  • This song is nothing short of pure amazing. That is....if 'amazing' was a liquid you could buy at the store in a little bottle, and pour it into your guitar amp.....this song would pour out.

  • arent they from Australia?

    Kinda like The Vines?

  • I totally agree. Just like how 'hate' is a strong word.

  • i hear nirvana in this... i would be proud that there trying to bring back grunge.... but they gotta be a little more original...

  • bleach

  • i think something needs to be cleared.......THIS ISNT GRUNGE. its post grunge, or grunge-inspired punk alt rock, whatever you want to call it. grunge is the term for heavy rock from seattle in the 90's. nirvana, alice in chains, soundgarden are grunge. this band is present day. either way, the song is good.

  • @seattle151 "Grunge" is not just Seattle. If it was, it would be called Seattle Rock. Was Punk just London and NYC? No, neither is Grunge with Seattle. Grunge is more the sound of the guitar if anything. It's dirty, distorted, murky, ect, ect. Post-Grunge is just more poppy and commercially acceptable. Even Kirst Novoselic said that Grunge was a label for the guitar sound.

  • @rgreenberg35 its the entire movement. i agree, a song can be labeled grunge or not cuz of the guitar, but the definition is the entire movement. the philosophy, lyrics everything. not just the guitar.

  • @seattle151 So if there is a band from outside of Washington who sounds similar to Nirvana, sings about teen angst and frustration(or whatever), and has a dirty sounding guitar, they wouldn't be "Grunge" because they're not from Seattle?

  • @rgreenberg35 fuck teen angst, thats one song, and its completely ovverated. anyway, grunge is the term for the movement ORIGINATION FROM seattle. if this band was formed yesterday, it wouldnt be grunge cause grunge is dead. it was the style of music originating in seattle in the early 90's. christ.

  • @seattle151 So "Grunge" can only be from Seattle and from the 90's? Just like how Punk can only be from London/NYC and from the 70's? I realise your from Seattle(I assume you are), but I think we can both agree that these things are just labels. Nothing more. Also, too bad the Mairners traded Cliff Lee (guessing your a Mairner fan...). As a Phillies fan, I know how it feels to trade away that kind of talent.

  • @rgreenberg35 i dont live in seattle, but good try. google it. do whatever the fuck you have to, the definition stands the same.

  • @seattle151 You don't live in Seattle, but your username is seattle 151? Ok.... Anyways, hope this is the last reply I have to make to you.

  • @seattle151 google definitions have no standing in this music i think you've just gone on wikipedia and forgotten to actually listen to a song then judge the genre from what you hear. Genres don't just stop existing when something isn't seen as commercial any more GRUNGE most definitely is NOT dead. :)

  • @1ckeet it can be dead and still be enjoyed and appreciated, and it is. by dead i mean it is currently not being produced. you dont hear of a grunge album released in 2009. for instance, alice in chains' new album is great, but it doesnt have too many factors of grunge. its more alt or metal. most of grunge died with kurt cobain.

  • @seattle151 i agree with u to a point im a massive kurt cobain fan and i do think certain points died with him that u cant bring back but i dont think that completely killed grunge yes there aren't many grunge albums now but this could be the start of a grunge revival they have a very grunge sound so when i hear them thats what i think but the i think that music and genres are very objective music is awesome because its personal its good people have different opinions it makes life interesting

  • @1ckeet well put.

  • @seattle151 LOL

    Fuck you!

  • @rgreenberg35 plus, its original name was the seattle sound.

  • @seattle151 you battle

  • @seattle151 you battle

  • Yay ! it has happened all the shit 80's influenced synth pop that has been hogging the charts has passed and its the 90's again !!! i love it !

  • sounds like violet femmes fucked nirvana and had a bastard child. Good Stuff!

  • I only found out of this band today, when i was tuning in on Channel V. Then "jesus stole my girlfriend" was on, and i thought "ohh...i like this grunge song" i thought they were a 90s band and i was pleasantly surprised to see that song came out this year.I never knew grunge was still alive and well

  • haha, my friend's cousin is getting married to one of the band members

  • I saw them live at a free rock and wing festival. They were awesome.

  • In fort myers i saw them next to soil, alice in chains , smile empty soul They freakin jammed it was awesome !! Next to red sox training facility.

  • @SuperSushicat I was at this show too! I was new to all the bands there, even Alice in Chains aside from like two songs. These guys were actually were one of my more favorite bands of the show next to Alice in Chains cause they were so different from Soil, Sunshin, and Smile. They put on some serious energy for their live show.

  • Saw em live tonight :) they were sick as fuck.

  • @RetartedlyBeast in ft. myers? i was there too

  • they look like the 90's bro

  • @GuzC Pretty sure you're wrong about that. More like another band trying to look grunge. Which there aren't many of.

  • awsome:)

  • Well shit, Looks like all the good music is in Australia. All us Americans have is this "core" shit and the jonas brothers. I so hope grunge comes back big, then maybe my grunge band can play with other grunge bands and not anymore shitty "core" bands lol.

  • @nirvanafan21191 if you think all we have to offer is "core shit" and the jonas brothers, you obviously haven't been doing your homework.

  • @ilovechipotle85 I'm talking mainstream. Yeah There are good bands in the states you just really have to look for them nowadays.

  • @nirvanafan21191 Good music is indeed in Australia. Here are some bands you should DEFINITELY check out. Over-Reactor, Karnivool, Full Scale Revolution, The Butterfly Effect, Shift, Mammal, Dead Letter Circus.

  • @ktrel54 In my opinion we make shithouse music, sure karnivool and this band in question are quite good, but im sick of those bands like i killed the prom queen and parkway drive, fuckin scenekid queers..

  • @MoOsHw We do have a great deal of shit bands, but amongst those are some incredible ones. But truth be told, the US have a lot more shitty "current" bands than we do.

  • fuckin right.... GRUNGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the Grunge is back!

  • I JUST SAW THEM LIVE !

  • @fobroxevrr aw shit no way! how were theyy?!
