I'm just curious, save for per-thread optimizations, what are you doing to get this to run efficiently? Anything shifted to the GPU? and multithreading going on?

it's still in the works, but there's still so much to research with these simulations so the simulator code still changes all the time.
Ok, I'm glad to know you're still working on it.
You should really focus on methods of optimizing these simple collision calculations.
