No, its your brain trying to understand this image,you get nausious cause your brain cannot find the 3rd law for the images we see, and that is "deep", this image has no deep effect, so our braing keep trying to find it, constantly correcting the eye focus, and cause of the white and black stripes, it seems on movement, confusing our heads.
