Last year some kids kept taking like 5 handfuls like that fat &!%-# so what we did was if someone took more than two pieces than we would have one person go up behind them and scare the $#!% out of them then as soon as they got scared we would have another person come up and take all if the candy back and say dont play fair don't get treats after that Halloween no one took more than two pieces :)
