He doesn't want to end the services of orgs like Planned Parenthood, but pass them on to the State, where people will have the choice to choose what legislation they want to live within. It sounds good, but I don't know how many States would end up being Pro-Choice. It seems there are more progressive thinkers in the U.S. today, but I could be wrong.

So, there would always be the option of having an abortion.
