micah - the Special Edition releases were in January - March 1997, for the 20th Anniversary of A New Hope. This guy was featured right at the beginning of the revamped Mos Eisley sequence. I never really cared for this figure, yet I do keep him out on the shelf. He is one of those characters that if I need to make extra room to fit new figures in an area, I tend to not mind obsuring him behind other figures.
kind of funny i just pick him up from my local wal-mart a few week ago i was suprised they had one .

i picked this up recently at a comic store for about $3 on the card. havent opened it, not really interested, but for $3 i couldnt pass it up.
