at 0:28 you can see that there is a pair of escalators to the left of the platforms. Why not have a set to the right platform as well? This would reduce the risk of passengers being hit by trams as well as the likelihood that a rush of people trying to board a tram arriving at the right-hand platform, would hold up trams going in the other direction.
