Hi i was at your website and read about your flaxseed face mask. You said that you boil water and add the seeds and let them steep. Now i dont get what you mean by steep...you mean put the seeds and leave the water boiling or put them in and turn off the stove. I wasnt quite sure so please clarify this for me. Thanks!
