dont shoot ROBOTS or POWER ARMORED PEPOLE wit bullets...

use explosives, energy weapons etc

use powerful weapons againgst strong enemias and not some almost-broken 10mm SMGs...

First off, you're using the wrong weapon most of the time, and have issues with choosing style over functionality. I, on the other hand have killed every enemy in the game (at least 5 of each type). So, seeing as I have the Op. Anchorage Winterized T-51-b armor, and some of the most powerful weapons in the game, these guys are just cannon fodder and side shows as far as I'm concerned..

Personally I think the Reaver is the worst enemy. The Deathclaws and Behemoths are big and can't follow you into buildings where you can rest and recover. Reavers can. And I swear it is near impossible to kill them!

@jackrmcg, I don't why Enclave power armor in Fallout 3 doesn't have any effect on Enclave Soldiers. But in Fallout 2, Enclave Armor is a useful disguise to go into Enclave affiliated places without getting shot.

First time I encountered a Deathclaw was behind Megaton. It took me and a team of Brotherhood Outcast (happen to be in the area) to take it down. It killed three of the Outcast (only four in the first place) and I only had 10 HP left.

@nathanthompson1 Nah, This is for gamers, Not based on stats. The behemoth is easy to fight, its more of a bullet sponge then anything. It still kills tons of people that are unprepared and thats why its number 2.

Now deathclaws? Fuck them. Fuck them all. They are incredibly hard to fight, arguably. One deathclaw is harder to fight then one behemoth because death claws are so much faster and no cheesy tactics can be used on them "unlike the behemoth"

@CJTheInvader well i see your point, though deathclaws can be killed with more stronger weapons like the 44. magnum. which kills in 3-6 hits unlike a behemoth wich more rare they need a fatman or lots of firepower. and when you have followers double teaming a deathclaw is noo problem. but when there is a behemoth, he starts swingin' and followers die 1by1 and there is noo stoping it. and most people dont carry their fatmans with them. but deathclaws are strong in numbers thats when u shit bad.

@nathanthompson1 Yes, the Behemoth is one tough son-of-a-bitch, but their size is their weakness. If you nudge yourself in a tunnel or den or even a ruined building's doorway, you can kill him from afar while he tries to run around the obstacle. Deathclaws aren't big, and they CAN fit in these small areas. They're also faster and sometimes even travel in packs of two. Behemoths are also easier to spot from far away. But the Alien blaster owns both of 'em. >:)

Reavers, Overlords, Behemoths, and Albino Radscoprions are all more difficult to kill than Deathclaws, in my opinion. Sure, Deathclaws can deal a lot of damage, but they can't take it. The Terrible Shotgun will put down a charging Deathclaw before it can reach me in VATS. Most of the others, however, require much more ordinance.

You are kidding me about the goof balls on the boat trip, they are easy. Generic Enclave soldiers aren't hard to kill lol. Sigma ones are harder.That's why you have Fawkes with you when you travel, life is so much easier. Nice picks (Behemoth, Overlord, Ghoul Reaver, DeathClaw, Yao Guai) I think it should be top 5. Oh and don't fight with anything other than a mini-gun, gauss cannon, A3-21 plasma rifle, gatling gun when taking these on. Also use VATS.
