This is a real Undertaker entrance song. He started using this one when he was transitioning from the older-style Undertaker into the Ministry one. He had a couple early versions of this theme too, but this is the complete one, then he switched to the Ministry version, which has the chanting in the beginning. There are a few different versions of the Ministry ones that he's used at different times too.

This one is from the WWF Home Video "Undertaker: The Phenom" which is not real. The Attitude one is not quite real but very close to it. The Attitude one was used from Fully Loaded 1998 to Rock Bottom 1998.
