@MrSuperSmashed Well a year or so ago Arizona put a law into effect where they could stop anyone that looked Mexican. This was done inorder to try to catch more illegal immigrants but was done through racial profiling. Hurley is Mexican and he ended up in Arizona in front of a cop talking crazy talk

The law allows cops to arrest individuals (After they have been pulled over for an unrelated crime) who are do not have their legality papers with them, this encourages cops to determine their legal residency if there is suspicion that they are an illegal immigrant. People accused this law of being racist because it encouraged racial profiling. An example of this is the video above
