this video is madd old n posted from my other account it was a stock b18a with a b16 head it is turbo he was on 11lbs of boost with a to4e turbo it is flat ground he works at a shop were he gets free tires n can do this kind of thing n was about to put his fully built motor in so we decided to do this the car did blew up hrs later on car now runs 11.5's on low boost thanks for everyone who knows there shit n cmmntd to the others learn ur shit lol

@mudinatvrid3r LS/VTEC is a B18A1 or B18B1 Block and either a B18C1/B18C5 Head or B16A2 Head. Thetorque in the LS blocks (which is built for torque more than HP to compensate for the lack of vtec) allows for unquie supply of both torque and HP. B16 heads flow a little better than the B18C1. After all the head on B18C5 found in the Integra Type R is just a upgraded version of the b16 head.

@2005yamahayz125 if its a stock ls vtec then it would be a B16 or B18B (dont remeber what engine goes with that car year) block and it would have a vtec head(cams, forged pistons, just the basic stuff for vtec to work)

go on a site like team integra or something and check out what to do and the easiest way to do it.
