I never understood how that could happen. Is the game telling me that even though I have always taken only 2 other people with me, somehow for this particular offscreen mission i brought all of them? I mean if that wasn´t the case, all the highly trained specialists could have easily repelled the Collector attack without Shepard.

@Greil9 Well, Shepard and the crew took on all the Collecters at their base - of course your gonna need the best people ever, and lots of them. 3 would not be enough to take on about all of the race.

@Greil9 I always thought it was because they knew there was a chance that the IFF thingie could have a virus on it (which, I guess, it did) and the ground team all left the ship just in case it crippled the Normandy and killed everyone. So it was kinda a safety precaution? I dunno, that's the assumption I made.

I know, I'm an Infultrator, an I use Pistol or SMG and without Armor-Peircing Ammo I use all of my Ammo on those alone and then the Husks get me cause I can't kill them becuase I have no Ammo.

@XMarkDemon You should be doing it the other way around Sniper Rifles own Scions specially the Widow thats what you should be doing taking out the Scions with the sniper and the husks with your pistol and smg and always use incinerary ammo.

@newdawn23 1) Ship is still controlled by EDI and would likely autopilot to the nearest confirmed *safe* civilization and then EDI would play back video footage of what happened to their officials. 2) Endgame? Well... then your game is over. Presumably Joker goes rogue or does something badass outside of the scope of the game (which just follows Shepard), but that's up for speculation.

@RevolverOcelot1964 You just need to wait in certain spots too long, after that when joker tries to escape, that beast ambushes him. I found that out by accident when I thought that I found safe spot to lookout for them. There wasn't even anyone around, but I waited too long and this cutscene kicked in. Also when it reloaded from auto save, "Critical Failure" blood veins and heart beat remained until I completed that mission:D
