Google chrome is probably the fastest, easiest, and best web browser I've used. (I've only tried mozzila firefox, internet explorer, safari, and google chrome) Why? Well mostly because it is extremely fast! You also can search Google without even going to the google website, by typing at the top and then clicking search at google. Only thing this new beta lacks is some other features. But they did include full screen mode & some others, I particularly prize.

Chrome is now my workhorse browser for everyday use. Mainly because it handles multiple tab browsing better than any other & recovers even keyed data you enter here, blogs & email. Besides having a re-sizable comment box to see full comment! :D

That's because those people (IE, Safari, the first Firefox) were unable to make them comply with W3C standards, which leaves us with a terrible mess of those pages that were designed for specific browsers, but are not working on others, and those pages that were designed to work in "all" browsers then, but are no longer working on the improved versions of those browsers (a big issue when IE7 came out). Let's just hope that with a finally standards compliant IE8 those issues will eventually die.

Google Chrome is so fast. I love it. I have used many browsers in the 12 years I have been working on computers. It is very sleek and stylish. I'm a PC Tech for Verizon FIOS, this browser was made for it! I have to admit, I love the addon feature in Firefox. But, for troubleshooting, I currently offer this browser as an alternative to IE when there are browser issues on a users PC. This has a simple very fast download and install, it doesn't take much for our customers to learn and they love it!

Here's the thing, i agree. Firefox is the best browser and it still beats chrome, however, you have to note that it isn't even finished yet. It's still in beta. Who knows what version 1.0 will look like. Also note that Firefox is in its third version, Google chrome hasn't even seen its first version yet. Give it time, the thing is ridiculously fast, once they start adding features like addons, which i hope they do, i can see it as beating Firefox someday =)

I love Google Chrome so far - For all those who hate it think about it. It has only been out for what- a week? Firefox has been out for YEARS and the community got the chance to work on it and make it better. For its first time release Chrome is extremely fast, and a great combination of features from all browsers.
