She failed on cross infection. After handling him, she should have washed her hands or used the disinfectant gel before then going on to adjust his equipment. He is healthy but her next patient may not be. Alternative wear gloves and remove after touching patient.

@EnigmaNZ1 Cross infection isnt taught in nursing school anymore and isnt practiced in hospitals either...hundreds of people die every day because hospitals are filthy, nurses and doctors dont seem to care about germs/infections or dont even know anymore about how germs/infections get transmitted. The worst place in the world to recover from an injury is a hospital.
