Some countries put insects ect in their bottled drinks lol... what do you do if there isn't one present in the bottle? Sue them for short changing you lol

It was never actually proved as the real allegation was that the lady was having an affair with a 'gentleman' friend so the snail was a 'blind'!
sir , manufacturer and the person 'who served' the beer were same or not,
if not then
why manufacturer was sued, cause beer was in a glass not fault of Stevenson. .
