It's definetly NOT the official trailer as that clip of Bilbo at the end made me laugh since trailers are usually dramatic and intense rather than kind of silly like such as that. It was well made though and with some better editing and more clips, it would havae been awesome. And yeah, these are taken from the production videos released by Peter Jackson that can be seen on YouTube or Sir Peter's facebook page. Good job though. I liked it!
