Just as in the case with Julius Ceaser. Check out Jim Garrisons' "On the trail of the assasins" (1988). If you can find a copy, I had a hard time finding one. Very hard to see figures of human shapes have been seen in 6th floor windows in pictures and in person, and yes there were several men in 6th floor corner windows.

It makes no sense that the Secret Service was told to stand down in a city considered somewhat hostile and the President riding in a convertible with the top removed. Plus when The House Select Committee on Assassinations did their investigation they were played a recording from a policeman's radio mic that was stuck on and numerous experts concluded you could hear at least 4 to 5 shots fired. And determined there was no way it was echoes. Some witnesses said they saw 2 men in the window also.

the road has been paved a few times. Look at the opening in the original assassination tapes. There is plenty of room to shoot from the drain. The grassy knoll is a diversion.

Coincidentally it is Gary Mack made to point out men on steps, and if you know who he is, you know he knows the men on the steps were not in the way of bullet trajectory And he also knows Oswald didnt come running down those flights of stairs unseen, until in the second floor lunchroom. Mr. Mack has shown this by his saying he knows there were more involved than just oswald. Or just one man, because Oswald had nothining to do with the shooting a anyway. @boredmonkey29: stop trying to avoid the issue; someone who created this sham of a documentary resulted to forgery to try to claim thatr the men on the steps would have stopped a shooter from taking a shot from the knoll fence where it meets the overpass bridge. @boredmonkey you are missing the key points, the producers of this episode had to alter their findings to cover up a potential right frontal shot. Watch the collage of photo from Mary Moorman's picture and then modern still video clip from the sho People at UH had to move the men in steps from photo nearly 8 steps. That absolutely screams cover up of facts and, evidence of a shot from that near exact spot is nearly overwhelming. Just notice pictures and video film of police racing to fence knol

@TheHeavensFellen That people raced to the Knoll doesn't prove that shots came from the Knoll. Occams Razor: It has been repeatedly been shown that Oswald could have fired the shots, made it downstairs, and been without breath without problems. Oswalds gun was found at the TSBD. He wanted to be someone his whole life. Killing Kennedy was his chance and he took it.

Dishonest. They discount the storm drain because the slit is to narrow - they ignore the fact that the bitumen has raised the level of the road over the years and narrowed the slit. This has been documented!

@boredmonkey29 The most interesting part is the fact they removed the tree as a factor, making their otherwise scientific re-enactment to be biased and unscientific.

And the reason why I`m bringing it up is because they make it the conclusive argument regarding the second gunman : A tree was in the way making the shot impossible.

Making both assumptions mutually exclusive unless equally represented.

Entertainment, sure. Science, or criminal science? Not so much.

The vid assumes single-shooter & is set-up to 'prove' the possibility of a Book Depository shooter, thereby indicting Oswald through necessary complicity. Its such a transparently biased fraud that doesn't begin to challenge the Conspiracy thesis. It doesn't examine vast majority of evidence that disputes, disproves or contradicts Oswald as lone gunman, ie. Oswald's FBI & CIA links, magic bullet, faked backyard photos, witness tampering, fake SS agents at Knoll.

@starmanskye Marina Oswald Porter has repeatedly admitted to taking the backyard photographs. Oswald being connected to the FBI/CIA isnt evidence either had anything to do with the assassination. If anything, Oswald was absolutely terrified of the FBI and hated their harassment of Marina. The Disc Chan did a great 2 hour long documentary proving that a single bullet could have done all those wounds. Oswald did it. He had every reason to.
