I've had the BST training and I loved it, it really helped me at a critical time in my life and was definitely worth the money. I went to Brain State Balance in Pacifica, California, and Thea was very reasonably priced and is fantastic at what she does. She is also a trained hypnotherapist and Chinese herbalist. This expose on Lee Gerdes does sound bad, but the BST trainer I went to was amazing. I highly recommend her and the training.
@truthseeker74 interesting. my girlfriend's therapist is trying to talk her into paying for super expensive sessions of this BST stuff. I just started researching it today, and I have to say it seems really overpriced, and feels very scammy. Does the fundamental concept work? Is there a better/cheaper method/company to go with instead of BST? I told her to hold off on doing anything or paying anything until I researched this fully. Any help would be great.
