SOPA and PIPA didn't die, it was "shelved". Obama wont pass it BEFORE this November because it could risk his chance for a second term(pray that doesn't happen). This bill will be brought up again after the next presidential election. I GUARANTEE this and although it may revised, it will be passed in some form. Then, we can worry about the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).
