well,for me pencak silat is the greatest martial arts in the world..taekwondo is mostly offense.. but with silat, u can learn both offense and self-defense..its not a matter of how well you kick or how well u punch..like what our motto said.."to win 100 victories in 100 battles is not a skill but to subdue an enemy w/out fighting is the highest skill.." peace out!

my parents would be your parents' contemporaries - can't apeak for ur parents but my parents were brought up in the old school thoughts where their disposition is more conventional, rigid & regimental in the days when most ppl play & honour the same rules that apply. but today, things have disintegrate to the level whereby u cannot trust govt nor so called respected institutions. my position is of old school with new school, i play fair when it's fair but i play very differently when it's not

by the way...Serkan is good because he is Turkish, they are strong with tough bones..not because of TKD or Muay Thai... brittle bone softy girly chinese boy(with soft short limp dick in need of ginseng) like you are pretty much screwed no matter what art you practice..even if a turkish or malay or indian do not train any martial arts, they can still kick ur chinese butt ... go play with ur dolls..
