I think this is unconstitutional. Our prisons here in the United States, are overcrowded as it is. So what we have decided to do is take a nice car and stick into an area with poverty and book people for GTA. So in this case our tax paying dollars go toward three things, the car being used, the cops, and the food/care that the prisoner will receive once in custody. Thanks guys, way to think economically!

I think this is unconstitutional. Our prisons here in the United States, are overcrowded as it is. So what we have decided to do is take a nice car and stick into an area with poverty and book people for GTA. So in this case our tax paying dollars go toward three things, the car being used, the cops, and the food/care that the prisoner will receive once in custody. Thanks guys, way to think economically!

All they're doing is parking an unlocked car in a neighborhood, how are they forcing people to take it? Of the 3 conditions for entrapment, condition #2: "Agents have to persuade or talk the person into committing the crime, simply giving someone the opportunity is not the same as persuading them to commit it."
