This makes so much sense! Instead of giving things, give our "time." Spend time with our families, and help others in need by volunteering of our time. I never even thought about how all the "stuff" we purchase gets thrown out and hurts the planet, and many junk gets dumped in the ocean. WHY do you think we can't even eat FISH, which is the most healthiest source of protein and omega 3's? Because companies dump their GARGABE in the ocean and pollutes it! Don't forget: U r what u eat, eats.
