Good job, though from the looks of the boss itself, CAPCOM decided to amp down the difficulty in X8. Only the reversing attacks and the one at 3:15 would be able to deal damage to an experienced player. That makes you experienced, but it's still disappointing to see an easy Megaman console game. Again, nice video.

@Monkerr Don't get me wrong. I'm not knocking the video or the poster. What I'm saying is I've played through the first 8 Megaman games, and X's 1-6, and I simply find them to be much harder than this game, based on what I'm seeing of the final boss. Even though I feel this game's difficulty is watered down in comparison to the older games, I still respect the fact that this is a no-damage run of a final boss.

@nintendolife25 He had pointed out that the new generation reploids, which were virus-proof, had rebelled of their own free will, and that reploid uprisings were a part of evolution itself - the changeover of one dominant species to another. X was probably feeling pretty bad due to the fact that A) he's essentially the father of all reploids since Cain used his designs to make them and B) the fighting and suffering would never end.

Cool, hard mode, no damage and Neutral Armor, epic, just epic. BTW i heard a rumor that Sigma's not coming back after this but Lumine seems badass enough to hold the position of the greatest villain. I hope there's a Megaman X 9, i would like to see what's gonna happen to these guys, my guess is that Axl will be either sick or go maverick and X and Zero will have to, literally fight the future, since now, there's no way to tell if a reploid will go maverick, a storm is coming...

I played both in succession; but Maverick Hunter X is more difficult--at least on Hard Mode, where you'll get killed in no more than three hits without any uprgades.

There is no way that you can ever defeat the MMX Sigma without any of the upgrades and any of the heart tanks in the first 20 times (trust me,I tried with my friends) And again,MMHX is easier than the SNES game because of the levels,too

@X6800 I guess that Gustavovmv prefers X wearing the Neutral Armor. I too prefer having X equip the Neutral Armor (not the regular or Ultimate armor), regardless of the parts. I like Neutral Armor X's white boots and overall look. In addition, X in the Neutral Armor reminds me of Casshern in terms of design and exceptional abilities. Casshern was an inspration for MegaMan X.

finish with X and u get X introspect self dialogue,

lastly, end with axl and u get the scene where something shines on axl jewel.

there is different scenes to which character you used to deliver the final blow.

@nevadachi i get the same ending with all characters,it happens to me in every single megaman x 8 disc i have owned,lumine is beaten on a rock and axl tries to investigate,however lumine traps axl ina some ropes or rather,zero or x im not shure destroys the ropes or whatever rather they are and they go back to the elevator,i dont quite remember more but im sure they all have the same ending.

@nevadachi well then anyway considering i just notice dtheyr 3 different endings axls being the first and the second being either x or zero´s,then if you used axl in the double attack you would se his ending first since it happens before x/zero´s,and if you used zeor and x,you would see axls ending followe by the ending of the character that "spawned" the double attack.
