Years later, I was in college and went to Planned Parenthood, the doctor talked to me about the reasons for procedures since it was my first visit to PP. She told me about the pap smear and that they don't do it unless you've been sexually active. That was before the cancer/HPV link was known--but they knew you're unlikely to have it unless you're sexually active.
@indypiee no, you would still have one period because periods are hormonal, not based on your body parts, however you could have two pregnancies at nearly the same time if you have two of everything (meaning uterus, ovaries, and vagina)....yeah gross, i know, but still interesting!
my mother has exactly the same kidney ''problem''!! she found out, a few years ago when she was 53, accidentanlly!! she never had a problem (so don't freak out) with her kidney or any pain.. if she had never been to the doctor (for a different thing) she would have never knew about this... (sorry for my english,i am from greece.. :D ) you are great and i admire you about the acne problem,because i have too.. and my cause is hormones.. :( i think u r great! :)

Also, about the rockabye baby thing- I haven't personally researched it but I heard it was from the native americans. When they were riding horses with their babies, they'd make these special cradles that were pointy at the tops and bottoms so that in case they ever fell off, the cradle would just get stuck in the

the "rock a bye baby" song is to reflect aboriginal women (i am native american) how they would have their babies strapped in a make-shift baby carriers on their backs. however, when it was time for the woman to do some work, they would hang these make-shift carriers on the branches of trees with their babies in them so when the wind would blow, it would soothe the baby and rock them. a make-shift baby swing. there was no actual cradle with a bow to break.
This video was great! Lets see...I don't have double of anything, but when I was pregnant I was having heart palpatations and my cardiologist said that my heart is shifted more to the left than 'normal' ! -- AND... THANK YOU for bringing up the Rock-a-bye-baby! I have ALWAYS thought the same thing! I can't bring myself to sing it to my son. I hum the tune to him though. :)

I had mono last year, and I got tonsillitis at the same time too, so I couldn't eat for a week because of the intense pain in my throat. Later on I got an ear infection, and my DOCTER prescribed me PENICILLIN. I had a massive allergic reaction and was sent to the hospital-and then they realized that I had an enlarged spleen that was about to rupture and was aggravated because I was a carrier for strep. It was awful. So I totally felt your pain with the mono thing. Hope you get better soon! (:

I'm pretty sure that in the case that you have multiple children you can select to have some embryos removed to aid survival as two sets of twins are never healthy, which is a shame.

My cousin has two uteruses and everything also... they actually found out when she was pregnant with her first child... she has had two children without medical help so it is possible that you won't need ivf... that's good that you are finding it all out now so that when it comes time for you to start your family you know you might need to take extra steps...
Uterus, ovaries, cervix, vagina... I really wouldn't call the female reproductive system a "mature" or "explicit" topic.. But, my mom had 5 babies and taught natural childbirth classes ever since I can remember so I guess I'm just used to those kinds of things. You are one of my favorite people in the world! I was born with a uterine tilt, which just means that my uterus tips backwards instead of forwards. I had a pretty normal pregnancy. The only problem that it caused for me is that it stretched my skin on my lower abdomen so bad that it never snapped back. :( Love your channel!
I dont know if i have one kidney or not but here are two things that i have that might be different from others: 1. Im near sided and far sided and 2. Like half of my body is slightly higher than the other
I think double organs or missing ones mean you were supposed to develop as one twin in the beginning of cell development :D But then the cell decided to merge again and you were born as one person. I'm not explaining this properly, but you should read more about it, it's so fascinating! :D

This one is also 2x size of normal becouse of compensation for loss of the other one. I've heard of you're medical thing before. @care1141 Omg, me too! I only have three(the upper ones missing). My two lower ones are messed up. Like the side thats supposed to come up is facing sideways. I'm only 17 so my wisdom teeth havent started coming in yet, but woah, that was a weird x ray :P I have to get them surgically removed soon. I have a genetic collagen deficiency called osteogenesis imperfecta. It makes my bones brittle so they break easily. which can suck. BUT it makes the white part of my eyes (the scaleras) BLUE. it looks really cool.
Dont worry there are more people with odd kidneys I have a normal kidney on the right side then my left kidney is sitting in my pelvis ant the front and is half the size of the other one!
Single kidney ladies! I was born with a polycystic kidney, meaning instead of a second kidney on my right side, it was a bunch of cysts and I had it removed when I was 2 weeks old. The kidney that I have, has grown to 2x the size of a normal one, for the same reason as you, that it is compensating for the one that is not there. Drink a lot of water because I got a kidney infection in the kidney I have and it was the so painful! Keep up with these videos, I love seeing how you're doing :)

I have 3 breasts!! Lol!! The two normal ones that all women have an one tiny one in my underarm, It came out while I was pregnant with my first baby 5 years ago , it doesn't have a nipple but while I was breast feeding , milk would come out of it if I squeezed it lol! The doctor told me it would probably go away after I stopped breast feeding , but it didn't so I need to get surgery to get it removed! :( ... So weird!!

CASS having two uteruses could be the reason why you have acne.. In your other videos you mention how meticulous you take care your skin AND neither of parents suffered from severe acne. Is possible to regulate the hormones imbalances?

@DiamondsAndHeels14 Actually i have both kidneys, but only one of them has a duplex. But the kidney without a duplex, doesn't work so well. My doctor told me that the cysts can be related to the fact that i have a duplex kidney, and the other kidney doesn't work.

I would love a video on poop. For the last couple years I've really started paying more attention to my digestive system and how my poop looks, I don't have insurance so I can't go to a doctor about it, but I'm sure I have IBS, so if you could address common issues such as IBS, ulcers, and whatever you end up having, that would be cool ^^;
maybe try to get a second opinion...they told me that i had a double uterus from an ultrasound, but they ran some more tests and found out that it was just a fibroid. And now I have fibroids, cysts, and polyps..and this crazy bladder condition where the bladder lining wears away. bleh. if you have any questions, feel free to message me!

OHMYGOODNESS My sister has two uteruses too! She was pregnant in each uterus and both babies had different due dates! The pregnancies were accidents though.. she didn't seem to have trouble having kids.
Poop video yes. Lol. I love watching your medical videos and other ones about the body. Oh and I definitly dont sing that song to my son. Btw could you find out about pale or white bowel movements. I know they are linked to liver problems and they happen if you drink a special drink for an xray. I have had it happen to me and I have had no xrays and its only happened to me once and I always thought if it was a liver problem I would continue to happen. I know TMI sorry.

I think double organs or missing ones mean you were supposed to develop as one twin in the beginning of cell development :D But then the cell decided to merge again and you were born as one person. I'm not explaining this properly, but you should read more about it, it's so fascinating! :D

Jeeeeej, poop video!! I have one kidney too. I have to watch out with potatoes, becouse they are a little bit poisen for the kidneys. And always be careful with medicine. This one is also 2x size of normal becouse of compensation for loss of the other one. I've heard of you're medical thing before. They're was a lady pregnant of two children from two different fathers. And so they discovered that she had two uteres(I don't know how you write it, sorry).

@care1141 Omg, me too! I only have three(the upper ones missing). My two lower ones are messed up. Like the side thats supposed to come up is facing sideways. I'm only 17 so my wisdom teeth havent started coming in yet, but woah, that was a weird x ray :P I have to get them surgically removed soon. Probably gonna do it this summer after school cuz its supposed to be REALLY painful...well, its a surgery(with anesthesia and all) so i guess it makes sense. NOT looking forward to that -.-

@plainjane108 Yeah, I had mine surgically cut out one summer when I was 14 or 15 so that it wouldn't mess up my teeth after braces; its no fun- one side of my cheek was MUCH bigger than the side without 2. only good thing- you lose alot of weight when you can't eat!!

I have a genetic collagen deficiency called osteogenesis imperfecta. It makes my bones brittle so they break easily. which can suck. BUT it makes the white part of my eyes (the scaleras) BLUE. it looks really cool.

Dont worry there are more people with odd kidneys I have a normal kidney on the right side then my left kidney is sitting in my pelvis ant the front and is half the size of the other one!

Single kidney ladies! I was born with a polycystic kidney, meaning instead of a second kidney on my right side, it was a bunch of cysts and I had it removed when I was 2 weeks old. The kidney that I have, has grown to 2x the size of a normal one, for the same reason as you, that it is compensating for the one that is not there. Drink a lot of water because I got a kidney infection in the kidney I have and it was the so painful! Keep up with these videos, I love seeing how you're doing :)

Well ive been depressed for months while i was away from my parents, n had some back problems that occured if i didnt go to urinate as soon as i need to , like i would wake up with the strongest pain in my lower or if i wait to much my upper back as well.lol yes that was the time when i was constantly asking u about what u think that might be n was freaking out koz i saw ur video so thought u might know But then i started getting really depresed koz i didnt know wat it was i still dont,im scared

I have 3 breasts!! Lol!! The two normal ones that all women have an one tiny one in my underarm, It came out while I was pregnant with my first baby 5 years ago , it doesn't have a nipple but while I was breast feeding , milk would come out of it if I squeezed it lol! The doctor told me it would probably go away after I stopped breast feeding , but it didn't so I need to get surgery to get it removed! :( ... So weird!!

One of my very best friends also only has one kidney, so that was the first thing that came to my mind when you started to talk about the urinary tract and I was kind of expecting you to say that... I admire how you handle the double uterus issue, I would have freaked!

@DiamondsAndHeels14 Actually i have both kidneys, but only one of them has a duplex. But the kidney without a duplex, doesn't work so well. My doctor told me that the cysts can be related to the fact that i have a duplex kidney, and the other kidney doesn't work.

maybe try to get a second opinion...they told me that i had a double uterus from an ultrasound, but they ran some more tests and found out that it was just a fibroid. And now I have fibroids, cysts, and polyps..and this crazy bladder condition where the bladder lining wears away. bleh. if you have any questions, feel free to message me!

OHMYGOODNESS My sister has two uteruses too! She was pregnant in each uterus and both babies had different due dates! The pregnancies were accidents though.. she didn't seem to have trouble having kids.

I know they are linked to liver problems and they happen if you drink a special drink for an xray. I have had it happen to me and I have had no xrays and its only happened to me once and I always thought if it was a liver problem I would continue to happen. I know TMI sorry.
