Bay of Fundy Shark Fishing

Do you guys use braid or mono when fishing for porbeagles. going on shark trip in north donegal Irl for blues and porbeagles. Going to be first time :D

how big do these sharks in the bay of fundy get?

porbeagle sharks are 175 to over 500lbs

we have had them on board 510 lbs and also had some on so large we could not get them up to the surface,the would either break off or spool us off.
