A silver armored hero with a over sized rifle (looks to me like WW2 BAR, but I'm not sure) battles against hopping enemies who occasionally strike him after confusing hopping around- the whole thing feels like an early 80's video game:D

More aptly called "Robo vs the Chinese Hopping Vampires" It's so sad how much gets lost in translation, not to mention when cultural divides causes people to completely miss the entire idea. When I saw this movie years ago, I only knew the hopping guys were vampires because a friend of mine is Chinese and explained it while we watched it together. For a citation just google "chinese hopping vampire" without the quotes
