costarican government is going to build a new building at the border, that one is falling apart, and there is another project to wide the main road that goes to Liberia to 4 lanes. so lets hope the will do it.
I do wonder, why the hell all the bureaucracy at the border? Even when there were border controls in Europe, they only looked at the passport and stamped it. No immigration cards or fees were to be paid.
