  • Fancast - How can button get so much praise for overtaking alonso when it was only made possible and easy for button because Chandhok was he one that held up alonso??

If it wasnt for chandhok jenson wouldve struggled to pass alonso.

I still stand by the fact that button is not as skilled as most at overtaking competitive cars.

  • I'm a big fan of those hug knockers!

  • She always looks extra nice when Hammy wins, to me xD

  • I love how you say Liuzzi .. " Lewitzi " xD

  • LEWIS!!

  • Good resume, keep on doing the good work!

It is clear that the McLaren wins the exciting races, I hope that this break fits good on the McLaren and the new package will finally fits well for SPA this weekend, I want to see Lewis or Jenson on top!

By the way, I loved Jenson overtaking Alonso on this Canadian GP, I'll think I'll be your follower, bye.

  • join an F1 forum:

    muzz606.maxforum.org

Canada was a great race besides Schumacher being a bit...........

  • I FROM CANADA WE LIKE GOOD RACE. WELCOME ALL!!

  • thx dear =))

  • I just like Lewis' fistipumps when he wins! ^_^

  • Vettel - the champ of poles will be wining 2010 .. ;-) cu - Red Bull

  • Disagree about button.

He doesnt overtake, if anything he gets overtaken alot, always looses position at the starts (this time by webber).

He only overtook alonso because alonso got held up by Chandhook - it was an easy pass.

I dont hate button but his drives are boring....he never applies pressure to any of the front runners its always lewis. As said he always looses places at the start by getting overtaken by cars such as williams & Force Indias.

  • In the Canadian GP Alonso was quicker than McLaren. McLarens received a big help from Buemi (he stopped alonso going to pit right when Hamilton passed Alonso). Alonso would have anyway passed Hamilton making fast laps meanwhile Lewis was pitting. But as BBC showed an unfair Trulli saw blue flags only when he completly ruined Alonso strategy. Then another stupid driver stayed among the way only the necessary to stop Alonso and let Button pass undisturbed.

  • @f1lens I think that considered also the lucky cheating on European GP, the stock of lucky belonged to Hamilton has far finished. So from next race we would see real potential of drivers and cars, and hopefully winning Ferraris.

  • show yours tits

  • is that you, alianora?

  • Lewis's a lucky bastard, he already won the canadian grand prix just thanks to buemi and trulli stopping alonso. And now he even cheated breaking the rules, escaping another time from a race, face to face, with alonso. is not the first time he cheats without having a fair punishment, just because he's english.

And what about the Amnesia at the end of the race interview?

So pathetic!! "i don't remeber to be honest, i think a was parallel to the SC" LYER!!!

  • @SerMarelli

Stop crying you pathetic jealous looser.

Baby Alonso was thrashed & hes getting thrashed again by the young boy who embaressingly threw him out of mclaren!!!

    LOL

And then alonso gets humiliated by lewis AGAIN..this time in alonso-land.

So dont cry...maybe the baby will grow up soon.

  • @SupaSix1 exactly i'll see you in 2 weeks time, a driver can't be so lucky for 3 races.. in two races Lewis got all the lucky a driver can have in a life time. In silverstone will see the real potential of drivers and your mama's son will loose

  • Comment removed

  • @SupaSix1 I actually don't know why you english people defend him... do you remember also when he won the championship thanks to the lie? I mean Hamilton is making all UK giving a bad impression... winning cheating or lying is many times worse than just loosing. And a person like hamilton has made his figure dirty, even if he will get good results in the future they will always be marked from his unfair way, and so doubtful. U should blame him for making UK image dirty. instead you love him...

  • @f1lens He's pretty exciting and hes not that dirty actually :\ . You are hater trying to make him look dirty. You fack off now.

  • mark prone to flying, ferrari like to make mistakes so does alonso (safety car) kobiyashi owns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • your a cuttie, that accent is so sexy. Glad to see you folloe F1 ;)

  • FANTASTIC HAMILTON....FANTASTIC MCLAREN... ;-D

  • I think Chandhok did finish it once before and it may be Senna's bad luck going on with all the reliability issues HRT are having but for the moment it seems Chandhok is their flag holder..he drove really promising race in Turkey I guess b4 getting away with his life with odd accident with Trulli.

And ohh I've one Postscript to add too..

    GO GERRARD!!!!

  • What really made this race so exciting was that everyone's tyres were getting destroyed after just 15 or so laps which the teams weren't expecting.

If bridgestone make a great tyre that lasts all the race we complain for making the racing boring, if they make a tyre that falls apart after 15 laps it gives them bad publicity & the teams probably complain. It costs them millions of pounds to produce tyres for F1 but they get it in the neck either way.

Kinda shows why they are leaving F1.

  • McLaren is the fastest car now, disapointing that Hamilton only won because of traffic with Alonso.

  • @LeonWgner Don't talk crap, he won the race fair and square.

  • @bmk139

Without trulli blocking, Alonso would have come out in the lead after the 2nd stops, even Brundle said that.

  • @LeonWgner LOL, Trulli 'blocking'? So would Alonso have been able to stay out in front? Nope, and in the closing stages he was even overtaken by Button.

  • @bmk139 did you see the button overtake that was traffic again

  • @Forzascuderiaf1 Nope, it's called racing, there is always traffic in races.

  • @Forzascuderiaf1 Ferrari had a very unlucky race at the British Grand Prix today. That's a shame.

  • @MeMeMeMeMeMeMeMeAndU luck and good decisions was not with them alonso should have let robert pass

Now its a two team race Webber all the way

  • when will the mclaren team ever get penalised for something their drvers do during a race, Clearly a dangerous release by the mclaren team, which others have been penalised for earlier in the year, and still no penalty. A double standards in f1 currently applies, hopefully this all gets changed soon but it wont matter, the championship will be webbers no doubt about it. The poms reign at the top is only temporary

  • @ozph08 that was an incredibly dangerous pit stop.

  • It was a nice race but the tires (tyres haha) were so bad, it was really a shake up of a race because of that

  • @barneylovesbeagle I know. F1 needs either tyres or rain doesn't it!

  • @barneylovesbeagle I wassnt the tires it is the circuit that has not much rubber. it has been years since race on our gilles villenueve circuit. Alos not much races are there only a nascar and cascar sometimes.

  • yes!!!!! I missed you.

  • @ItHatesYou I'm back. Was working weekends... so hopefully can blog next race too!

  • Chandhok did finish the race. As he did in Australia. As he did when it was a double HRT finish at one point.

Bring back racing in the pitlane. Either that, or give Hamilton and whoever else is in the pits at that time special permission, seeing as Hamilton seems to be involved in a lot of pit lane racing this season :P.

  • @thedoctorand Ah see I missed Australia... good for them though don't you think?

That pitlane racing was the highlight of the race for me. x

  • @FanCastTV Yeah. Lotus are getting very close to the established teams, which is good to see.

  • a little bit of success, they got a one two, that not good enough. I'm a bull fan myself, hoping they can pull themselves together quickly cause they are freying, especially vettel

  • Schumacher should have been black flagged

  • @ant1i0n - I Love Germans ;-)

  • @ant1i0n

    Schumacher black-flagged???

    -For what??

-If you watch the footage again you will notice that it was kubica on the inside who pushed schumacher and himself off the track onto the grass.

-Please tell me how its possible for schumacher to push kubica off the track when schumacher was on the outside??

-Kubica was the calamitous & ragged one, just as he has a tendancy to be ragged alot.

  • @SupaSix1 Dude, you do know that this race happened last year? From what I can remember, Schumacher refused to yield and damaged Kubica's car. He also nearly took out Sutil and Massa, and Massa had to replace his rear wing. The point is, Schumacher's passed it and it's about time the overrated piece of shit retired.

  • What a great race report and i loved your passion. Though, it may have been a different result, if Webber started 2nd instead of 7th!!! His tyres were always going to get roasted, from so far back in the pack.

  • lol usa will win their group we are way better then how we played it should have been an easy win for us.

hope england keeps playing like this : )

  • @Forzascuderiaf1 what did i say usa>englnd lol

  • All the Ferrari fans saying that Alonso should have won. Well, let's say that Fernando was in the lead and Hamilton overtook him on the track. That left Alonso 2nd and then Button overtook him on the track. He was hardly right up their gearboxes being held up.

    Alonso unlucky? Bollocks.

  • @MeMeMeMeMeMeMeMeAndU did you see the race Alonso was getting on with the program when Buemi and Lewis boxed he posted the fastest lap and then got held up by 2.5 sec by a lotus and came out .5 sec behind Lewis.

    and that's only one incident

with lees traffic he would have won and everyone knows it.

  • @Forzascuderiaf1 Yes i saw the race. As i said earlier Alonso was overtaken twice by both McLarens. If Alonso was faster then he would have a) not let them through in the first place and b) if he was overtaken because of traffic but he was faster (according to you) then how come he wasn't right up their gearboxes pushing to get past again. The reason is simple the Alonso/Ferrari combination wasn't as fast as either McLaren. And everyone knows it.

  • @MeMeMeMeMeMeMeMeAndU ok if you say so we will have the last word (world championship)

  • @Forzascuderiaf1 there is no such a thing as "with less traffic he would have won". Lewis won with a lot of traffic. Alonso lost. The end.

  • @MarMotorbiker fair enough we will see at the end of the year

  • @MarMotorbiker what traffic compared to Alonso none

  • Mclaren got lucky with traffic for Alonso, Ferrari had this race in their pockets.

  • thank you for coming back to us! we missed you...no more skipping GP's, OK?

  • where can i watch F1 live?

    thanks for the vid fancastTV.

  • Hey it's marco-polo. I'm one of the members of f1fancast. I wrote an article on the site about mclaren, ferrari and red bull comparing the teams and driver line ups. hopefully you'll have seen it. anyway i just wanna say how cool it is to see you again because i've missed your post race analysis. why were you gone for such a long time?

  • Another Grand Prix and Michael Schumacher is trouble again! He's such a naughty boy!

This was fantastic weekend. Practice and qualifying were really interesting with the tyre degradation and it was beautiful weather for race day. The circuit provided good tight racing all the way through.

I was really happy for McLaren today. It was a special win for them. The podium ceremony and the national anthem were very nice.

  • It was overall a great race. Ferrari's pit stop when Alonso and Hamilton both came in was to say the least, Amazing. No comment on whoever was controlling traffic for lapped cars during the race.. that was really a negative. Massa overall unlucky... and he was pulling quick laps too. Schumi not at his best, and Liuzzi.. well.. lets just say I never screamed that much at a TV before in my life.. he should have been black flagged for reckless driving.

  • Looking forward though... next year, with no Bridgestones.. I mean, I personally think it's a great company.. but if they switch to a less known company.. I don't know.. it kinda worried me that this track ate up the tires so much.

  • great. review of the race. nice race

  • it was a crazy race, hope to see more races like this!!!

  • An absolutely fantastic race, really entertaining.

Great to see Lewis out-foxing the red bulls and winning on pure speed & skill to lead home a Mclaren 1-2. Rosberg drove a good race as he was last early doors after an early pitstop so to finish 6th was pretty good. Schumi did what he's been doing all his career i.e. making dangerous manoeuvres & not getting punished for it.

Lotus seem to have moved forward & Kovalainen drove well both in quali & the race. Let's hope for more progress.

  • do not think you were to harsh on Button in the past. After the qualifying he looked supremely disturbed. The response he gave was its not about doing the fastest time lap after lap.(It kind of is when there is competition about).Having a dig at Hamilton, in my reading of it. After the race he repeated this in the drivers press conference.I am so glad to see Hammy winning on pure skill, and hey what do you know his tyres lasted, No one wants to see tyre nannys, apart from maclaren prams.

  • Alonso was caught sleeping again and so button nabbed 2nd place. kubica's move into the pit lane was dangerous and i would be surprised is he does not get handed a penalty next race.

  • @kingjimsixsix5 More like.. the guys waving the blue flags on the side of the track, to let Alonso through, were sleeping -___- .. but they had no problem letting the McLarens through...
