I actually met Conchata at the Gershwyn theatre in NYC at a "Wicked" production. She sat right next to me the whole time and I didn't realize who she was until intermission. She was there with her daughter and grandaughter b/c they are in LOVE! with Wicked(as am I) Her personality is actually really similar to her character as the maid on two and a half men. She really is and interesting person....

Conchata can do it all. Find a copy of "Heartland," where she no only co-stars alongside Rip Torn, but plays a serious dramatic role as a pioneer woman. She's unforgettable in this, her only starring role. characters she's usually slotted into. So sadly overlooked. She deserves better, but at least is now getting some recognition. Better late than never.

Conchata Ferrell, perhaps because she doesn't look like Terry Hatcher, is virtually ignored by media. In fact, she's one of the great comedic actresses of our time, and perhaps of all time. She's obviously briliiant on Two and a Half Men, but there's much more. Just check her achievements on the Internet Movie Database. Bravo, Conchata.
