  • It would be nice to have a side by side comparison with the Catalinbread Manx Loaghtan (and maybe the new blackout effectors fuzz too) playing heavy stoner riffs with similar tones. The Manx Loaghtan clip spunds amazing and a lot brighter and in your face than these clips but I can't stop wondering if it's the EQ'ing or how the clip was recorded (amps, guitars, etc).

  • Nice pedal! But I was wondering if you could do a demo with this same pedal, only this time playing some slow, grinding stoner riffs? Thats what I would love to hear, bet it sounds like a beast for that purpose!

  • VERY nice review!!!

Was wanting each knob tweeked and at the end....its like you read my mind...LOL

Obviously, a must have pedal, period.

  • Killer fuzz!

  • how bout hendrix fuzz face sounds?

  • Great tone. Do you recomend this or the new Fix'd Fuzz. Is it good for bass also? Please reply :)

  • Awesome demo! This is a killer fuzz.. Based on the Big Muff?

  • It's a Muff on steroids according to Kyle from Blackout Effectors. Apparently the Musket can get any Muff sound you want, including Gilmour/Pink Floyd to Smashing Pumpkins tones.

  • Can it do low gain as well? Just wondering if it was a one-trick pony!

  • Well, the Gilmour sound is nothing like the Smashing Pumpkins sound, so definitely not a one-tricker! I've heard from several sources that it is an incredibly versatile pedal and you can get any Muff sound imaginable, so I would say YES.

  • Ahh.. Thanks for your help! Will definitely check this out once my next fuzz ships here..

  • FUCK YEAH!
