Amazing,,you should get an award for your spotting skills..the one time I spotted a full dismount and she missed her feet on her roundoff..we both landed in a pile on the mats..we were both fine (not saying that I was only 5 ft!!)

The girl fucked herself up.

The spotter didn't do anything but stop her from falling the very small height off the beam. She had already smacked her head on the beam and stopped her momentum before the spotter did anything.

I think she got most of her momentum stopped when she nailed her head on the beam (a milisecond before the spotter did anything)

@towlie2110 listen. it would have been ALOT worse. she did bang her head but if saltocafe hadnet been there the fall would be even worse. Needa know why? because just like he said your a nut and it would have been worse because after she had hit her head on the beam it looked like she already had a concushion without a spot she would of hit her head on the ground and would have it even more worst. She might of even went into a coma if salto wasn't there.

it's even more invaluable to know how to adjust your body mid-air to prepare for a crash and not get injured.

This is a real skill that you can't learn if someone is getting in your way.
