The director may have had good intentions but, this doesn't hide the fact that this ad is extremely offensive. What if Nazis decided to film German kids playing ball with Jewish kids inside a concentration camp's walls? That would be completely unacceptable. Notice we do not see what's on the other side of that wall. Why? Because if we did see it, anyone with enough common sense would know that the Palestinians would be in no mood for a game of friendly soccer with their occupiers.

I applaud Cellcom and their team for the message they're trying to send, namely that regardless of arab or israeli, the "other" is still human, just like everyone else and they want to have fun despite the tension, disagreements, and conflicts.
