Why is it called Tsingtao Beer, but it is from Qingtao, China. Did someone make a pinyn spelling mistake at some point?

@matthewgsteel Just an earlier form of pinyin. Likely the Wades-Giles system. Pinyin was adopted until the 50's.

Tsing Tao is an old company, that started before current day PRC pinyin was used. It is spelt with the wades giles (old pin yin) method - this was used by ROC/Taiwan up until recently
