No, "pitched left hand slap". See "Ultimate Slap Bass" ex 115 page 93 (bar 1, beat 4)

is it not a pitched note it's an hammer note do it with your third finger hit the string strongly and maintain the finger on the string ( a kind of tapping style ) sorry i 'm in trouble with my cam
