This person is one of the best guitar instructors that I've seen. Doesn't go too deep into theory, very practical in teaching style. I really enjoyed this.
I've been playing for quite a time now and nextlevelguitar's videos are getting a little too "easy" for me. But i'm still checking them out to look for new tricks and stuff. This one just proved I was right.
This guy is good, broad range of influences. And is quite well rounded thats how its done, too many people today couldnt care about the roots of todays music. Which is why they arent as talented as most because they dont have a proper catalog of inspiration and knowledge
Thanks! That was sooo interesting. Great working the major and minor and octaves together. I like the calmness of the George Benson style (less intimidating!).
by far one of the best instructors online...im totally new to this style and not that far up on my guitar theory and you put it plain as day!! great teacher great lesson
This guy is so awesome. a lot of people today only care about one style with no respect for other styles but Dave is a true guitarist with respect for all styles. I'm new to playing and i want to learn many styles.
I've watched this lesson three times now Dave & I have to say, it's one (if not) THE best lessons you guys have put up on the free channel. I've been plying live for over 15 years & got a ton of stuff from this lesson which I can use during my blues sets.
Thank you & God bless Mr.Taub for introducing you to NLG fella.
Good shout for the money although I'm pretty sure Dave has swapped out the pickups for higher/brighter res (I could be wrong though). Not sure what they are but the stocks are excellent when you compare the price to an Ibanez Prestige stock. I prefer the Ibanez RG series for metal but this Charvel is a brilliant guitar for the money.
amazing job

It's a Charvel So-Cal HH & yes, it's bad ass....Along with the guy who's holding it.
Edward Van Halen played a Charvel Superstrat for many years.....What's good for the goose etc etc...
