I cannot remove Bing as a toolbar no matter what I do. I have UINSTALLED it from control panel.....I have deleted it from Progam Files....ITS STILL THERE!!!

I HATE IT. it's like a trojan horse and an undead vampyre that you must kill again and again and again. I equate it to the new GOVERNMENT MOTORS. Thank you , I have removed Live and a number of other things even going threw the registry . Never did find it .
I use an unlocker for outlook express and instant messenger .
This bing crap is intrusive .
