have figured out + learnt sum useful bunkai for this, myt put sum on y/t eventually. this area of karate really helps understanding of body movement
@Guidotigras don't say bullshit. gichin funakoshi practiced kata. if you don't practice kata, YOU are nothing to do with karate.
